Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy explains how Vidso subscriptions and credit purchases work, including renewals, cancellations, and refunds. It is part of our Terms of Service and applies to both the Vidso website and the Vidso app for iOS. Vidso is operated by Sels AI Inc.
What you can buy
- Subscriptions. An auto-renewing plan that includes a credit allowance for each billing period. The price and billing period are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm.
- Credit packs. One-time purchases that add credits to your balance. Credit packs do not auto-renew.
How you are billed
The platform you buy on processes your payment and governs that transaction:
- On the web, payments are processed by Stripe using the payment method you provide.
- In the iOS app, payments are charged to your Apple ID through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. We use RevenueCat to validate your purchase and unlock your plan.
Automatic renewal
Your subscription automatically renews at the price of the chosen plan unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. Each renewal grants that period's credit allowance; unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next period.
Free trials
We may offer a free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it automatically converts into a paid subscription and your account is charged. Trial eligibility may be limited to prevent abuse, and any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
How credits work
- Each generation consumes credits, shown before you generate.
- Subscription credits are granted at the start of each billing period and do not carry over.
- Credit-pack credits are added to your balance when purchased.
- Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for money.
Price changes
We may change subscription prices. If a price changes, the new price applies to the next billing period after we give you notice as required by the platform you purchased on, and where required you will be asked to consent before the new price takes effect.
How to cancel
- iOS: open the Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select Vidso, and cancel. You can also manage your subscription from within the Vidso app, which opens the App Store subscription screen.
- Web: open your account billing settings and cancel from there, or email us for help.
When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the current paid period, and the subscription does not renew after that.
Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law, including any statutory right to cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
- iOS purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests for App Store purchases are made to Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com and are subject to Apple's policies.
- Web purchases can be reviewed by contacting us at hello@vidso.ai.
If you started a subscription through an offer on our website and use it in the app, that subscription is billed by Stripe, and any refunds are handled by us rather than by Apple. Contact hello@vidso.ai for help.
Deleting your account
Deleting your Vidso account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed through the App Store. If you subscribed on iOS, cancel through your Apple subscription settings as described above to stop future charges.
